EXPERIENCE AND SPECIALTIES

Michael Diliberto amazes people with his ability to settle complex and emotionally charged cases. Using his sixteen years of trial experience, he quickly grasps complicated facts and legal issues. His understanding of human behavior, superior negotiating skills and creative problem solving abilities enable him to break through emotional barriers that could otherwise impede settlement. Michael is a full-time Mediator, Arbitrator and Hearing Officer and has successfully settled hundreds of cases. He is President of Advantage Arbitration and Mediation Services, LLC.
